Megan Kowalski Executive Director As the Executive Director at Resurgence TX, Megan is responsible for providing the clinical, medical, and operational oversight of Resurgence Texas’ Programs and is responsible for the overall safety and compliance of the site. Megan has worked in the Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Treatment industry for the last 9 years across several programs and states. Her humble beginnings began as a Behavioral Health Technician while pursuing her dreams of becoming an Addictions Case Manager. Megan loved her work in the clinical realm and sought fulfillment in helping clients restore relationships and gain the tools necessary to achieve long-term sobriety. Due to her passion, work ethic and leadership capabilities her career path shifted to management and operations.

Megan has held various management roles including Program Director, Community Director, and Director of Operations. She has had the opportunity of working with a diverse population in both inpatient and outpatient settings. With the guidance and inspiration from her mentors in this field, Megan has become a passionate leader who thrives in relationship building, culture building, and ethical business practices. Due to her own battles with addiction, Megan has first-hand experience in how scary and challenging getting sober can be.
