Nathan Fransen

General Counsel

Since 2006, Nathan has enjoyed a diverse and challenging legal career. Representing corporate clients and individuals over the years has allowed him to develop a unique understanding of competing perspectives. Nathan has successfully tried cases in state and federal court and has argued before courts of appeals in both California and the Ninth Circuit. He has also represented clients in complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions. While practicing law in itself can be a fulfilling vocation, he now particularly enjoys the satisfaction of working for a company with a sincere desire to help others and with people focused on this same objective. Nathan’s undergraduate degree is in Business Operations and he received his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law.
