Addiction Treatment that
Just Works

Individualized treatment programs delivered in a comfortable, relaxed setting promote healing in your recovery journey.

Alcohol Detox Program

Alcohol detox is the first step in any alcohol rehabilitation program. You should not attempt to quit drinking at home, due to the possibility of severe withdrawal symptoms that can get out of hand and even become life-threatening.

To detox from alcohol safely and effectively, medical detox is strongly recommended. At Resurgence, our alcohol detox program will ensure you remain safe, comfortable, and are able to rest properly as your body adjusts itself to not receiving alcohol anymore.

Drug Detox Program

Medical drug detox is the recommended first stage of any drug addiction treatment. As the body adjusts to stopped drug use, you will require medical, psychological, and emotional support, and at Resurgence, our integrated, multifaceted Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) program will provide everything you need.

Through the administration of FDA-approved, prescription doses of medications that are tailored to your body, metabolism, and unique circumstances, we can help you stop using drugs safely, without suffering unnecessarily. The environment is comfortable and structured with 24-hour clinical care. Our MAT program is safe and effective and will reduce the chance of relapsing. We will help you focus on your own wellness, so you can move on into rehab, and then long-term recovery after that.

Insurance

Understanding insurance coverage can often be a daunting task for individuals seeking addiction treatment. One common question many patients and their families ask is: does Anthem cover therapy? Anthem, like many major insurance providers, often provides coverage for a range of therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities, depending on the specifics of the plan. It’s essential to review your policy or reach out to Anthem directly to determine the extent of coverage for rehab and therapy sessions. Ensuring you are well-informed about your insurance benefits can make the journey to recovery smoother and more financially manageable.

Alcohol Rehab Program for Residents of Garden Ridge

Because we completely customize your treatment to your needs, budget, preferences, and future goals, alcohol rehab is a productive time. You will move into our rehab center full-time, living in a community-oriented environment for 30 to 90 days, as you attend one-on-one and group therapy sessions, medical appointments, meet with counselors and work on your physical health.

Our home-like facilities include fresh food served daily, with exercise and diet counseling. You will have access to life skills and vocational training programs, recreational activities and have plenty of downtime to relax and reflect upon what you have learned.

The main purpose of inpatient rehab is to get you out of your usual environment and into a place where you can work on yourself, get to the root of your addiction, and focus on healing. You will gain a new perspective on things and have the chance to truly change your mindset as you will be removed from the everyday stress of your life. We will teach you new ways to cope with hard times and provide the sobriety skills you will need to live a healthy, alcohol-free life.

Once you are ready to transition, we provide multiple outpatient options, as well as access to groups and affiliated sober living homes. You are encouraged to stay connected with Resurgence alumni and to remain in our programs for as long as you need.

Drug Rehab for Residents of Garden Ridge

After detoxing, we recommend you move directly into an inpatient rehab program to continue with your positive momentum. In our comprehensive rehabilitation programs, our staff will set your schedule, in which you will concentrate on finding the underlying causes of your addiction through various types of therapy, counseling, groups, and other programming.

You will get to know peers in similar circumstances to yours, living in a structured, community-oriented, comfortable sober environment, where you can focus on yourself and your recovery. Our caring and kind clinical staff are available 24 hours per day. Many of our staff members are in recovery themselves and remember what it was like to be in your position.

Dual diagnosis treatments are also provided throughout inpatient rehab if needed. A stay in rehab for 30 to 90 days will significantly reduce your risk of relapsing. We will help you take back control of your life, through a custom plan designed around your unique and individual needs.

How Much Does Rehab Cost?

At Resurgence Behavioral Health, we will work alongside you to customize a plan that will fit your budget and we can create payment plans for our cash clients. Contact us to find out more about our drug or alcohol rehab programs, and we can go over specifics with you. We can work with any unique situation, and we want to help.

How Long is Detox?

Because every person is different, and drugs and alcohol all react differently to each person’s individual genetic makeup, it is not possible to give an exact timeline for how long detox will take. Very generally speaking, withdrawal symptoms usually show up within a few hours or days after your last use, lasting for five days to a few weeks. There is a peak, where symptoms are the worst, and this usually happens at around the 72-hour mark.

When you enter our detox program at Resurgence, once we do your medical and psychological screenings, we will be able to give you a more accurate description of what you should expect.

How Long is Rehab?

There are many paths you can take at Resurgence for your rehab experience, but the minimum recommended stay is 30 days. This is considered a short-term stay, for people who are highly motivated in their recovery and who do not have severe drug issues or other issues that would require a longer time under medical or psychological supervision. At Resurgence, we also offer long-term stays of 60 or 90 days. The longer you spend in rehab, the less likely you are to relapse in the future, and we always encourage our patients to remain in our care for as long as they need. Whether you are a short-term or long-term patient, you will leave our facility prepared for life after treatment.

30 Day (Short Term Rehab)

In our 30-day rehab program, you will stay a full month inside our community-oriented facility with structured daily living, working to get to the root of your addiction. Our highly trained staff will guide you through therapy and other programs, and you will have full access to nutritional support, exercise facilities, and recreational activities. You will have 30 days to focus on yourself and your recovery. Even a short-term stay at Resurgence will lower your risk of relapse.

Long Term Rehab (60-90 Days)

Long-term rehab is most beneficial to people without a structured place to land after rehab, those with mental health issues or a history of relapse, or those who do not feel ready to return to their regular life. The longer stay will provide you with the time and space you need in your recovery to make positive changes to your mindset, solidifying your commitment and confidence in your sobriety. We encourage all our clients to remain in treatment for as long as they need to ensure you are truly ready to transition into our outpatient program.

Our outpatient programs are best suited to patients not currently experiencing withdrawal symptoms, with a stable place to live, and who have completed a full medical detox program. It is ideal for patients to first attend a minimum of 30 days in inpatient care, but for some, this is not possible.

The types of outpatient care we offer are:

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) – PHP is an intermediary step between inpatient rehab and outpatient rehab, where you live outside the facility but commute in for full days of therapy, counseling, and other programs.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – IOP is a flexible outpatient program in which you return to work, school, and attend to other important responsibilities, live outside our facility, but still commute multiple times per week for groups, therapy, and counseling sessions. These sessions can be scheduled in the evenings or at a time that works best for you.

Aftercare – We stay connected with you as you transition out of outpatient rehab, living your life as usual, and scheduling therapy and other appointments as you see fit. We will also ensure you remain in contact with the medical and psychiatric care you will need. We also offer referrals to sober living homes and connections to our sober alumni groups for further support and connections to a thriving sober community.

Couples Rehab

Sometimes when both partners in a couple use drugs or drink it can become normalized, and addictions can form. Drug or alcohol use may become the only activity you enjoy doing together, and being drunk and high becomes the only way you can enjoy physical or emotional intimacy. Because of addiction, your life may become more difficult, with fighting, money issues, and a growing emotional distance.

At Resurgence, we offer couples rehab, in which you and your partner both check-in together. You will address addiction issues through our individual rehab programs, with the additional benefit of couple’s therapy to heal your relationship. You will learn new ways to interact, communicate and gain tools for problem-solving, self-control, and supporting one another without enabling or becoming codependent. These skills will last you and your partner a lifetime.

Pet Friendly Rehab

Not being able to bring your pet to rehab can be a barrier to entry for many people as you do not know what to do with your animal friend. At Resurgence Behavioral Health, we are pet-friendly, not only to take the stress of finding pet care away but also because we know that having pets around has benefits like:

  • They provide companionship, unconditional love and support
  • Animals lower heart rate and blood pressure
  • They help with stress and depression
  • Pets improve our feelings of self-worth and purpose
  • Having a pet around improves mental and physical states of being

Does My Insurance Have Coverage For Rehab?

Detox and Rehab programs are covered by insurance. Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA 2010), and the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equality Act (MHPAEA), mental health and addiction services qualify as essential health benefits. Because every insurance plan is different, it is a good idea to contact yours to determine which treatments and medications are covered.

At Resurgence, we also offer payment plans for cash patients, as we believe rehab should be available to everybody, no matter their unique situation.
